Everything people ask before ordering printed balloons.

Ten balloons. The Fashion range and the Pearl range both start at a pack of 10. Budget 12" balloons start at 100 because they are made for bulk giveaways, and top print garland balloons start at 25 (half a tower).

We regularly print runs of several thousand and list packs up to 10,000 in the Budget range. If you need more, talk to us; it is a question of scheduling rather than capability.

It depends on quantity and how busy the presses are, so we confirm a date with your proof rather than promising a blanket turnaround. Tell us your event date in the enquiry and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it. Small packs are usually quick; large bulk runs need more notice.

You order by sending us your artwork and requirements through the quote form, by email or by phone. We send a proof and a price, you approve, we take payment and print. That extra step is how we make sure every logo is right before it goes on a balloon.

One ink colour per balloon. For a second colour we change the ink mid-run for £9 per change, so part of your pack is printed in one colour and the rest in another. Multi-colour logos are converted to a single-colour version, which we show you on the proof.

Our standard print is one side. For arches and garlands we print on the top of the balloon instead, so the logo faces outward. Ask if you need something different and we will tell you what is possible.

A vector file is ideal: PDF, AI, EPS or SVG. A clean high-resolution PNG or JPG usually works too. Avoid screenshots, Word documents and tiny web logos. Full details are in the artwork guide.

Thin lines and small text can fill in or break up on stretched latex, so we simplify where needed and show you the result on the proof. Bold logos and short messages print best.

Always. Nothing is printed until you have approved a proof showing your artwork on the balloon shape in your chosen ink colour.

White, black and a wide range of standard colours. White ink on dark balloons and dark ink on light balloons give the strongest contrast. We will suggest the best option for your balloon colour.

On helium, an 11" or 12" latex balloon floats for roughly 8 to 12 hours, so fill them on the day. Air-filled on sticks, in garlands or arches, they last for weeks or months indoors.

Yes. Our Fashion, Budget and top print ranges are 100% biodegradable natural rubber latex from sustainably sourced rubber. Please still dispose of them responsibly and never release balloons outdoors.

Yes. We hire balloon gas cylinders from 3L to L size, with seven days' hire included, plus monthly and yearly rental and a Helium Club scheme with 15% off refills.

Yes. Weights are £1.99 in 16 colours, curling ribbon is £3.99 for a 500 m roll in 21 colours, and sticks and cups are available for air-filled handouts.

Yes. We deliver printed balloons throughout Northern Ireland, including Belfast, Newry, Lurgan, Portadown, Armagh, Bangor, Ballymena, Coleraine, Derry, Omagh and Enniskillen, and we can ship further afield. Delivery is quoted with your order.

Printed balloons are supplied flat so they travel safely. If you would like them inflated, or built into an arch or display, ask about our sister business Luce Balloons, which decorates events across Northern Ireland.
