Printed balloons for schools, clubs & charities

Club colours, club crest, committee-friendly prices.

From a prize night for forty to a fun day for four thousand, printed balloons in your colours make it feel like your event.

What clubs and schools use them for

  • Prize givings and presentation nights. Sets of three on the tables in club colours with the crest printed on one, as we made for the Lisburn Special Olympics Club.
  • Sports days and fun days. Air-filled balloons on sticks for every child, printed with the school or club name.
  • Fundraisers and sponsored events. The charity's logo at registration, along the route and at the finish line. Add a sponsor's logo on half the pack with a £9 ink change.
  • Open days and enrolment evenings. Balloons at the gate so parents find the right door, and a balloon for each visiting child to take home.
  • Youth groups, forums and councils. See our Youth Forum and ABCC Lurgan balloons in the gallery.
  • Anniversaries and championships. A centenary, a county title, a new clubhouse.

Keeping the cost sensible

Three things keep club orders affordable:

  1. Print one balloon per set, not all of them. A set of three with one printed balloon and two plain in club colours shows the crest on every table for a third of the print cost.
  2. Choose the right range. Fashion 11" from £49 for a pack of 10 suits presentation nights; Budget 12" from £69 for 100 suits handouts at a fun day.
  3. Order once for the season. Air-filled balloons last weeks and uninflated balloons keep for months in a cool, dark place, so one print run can cover several events.

Crests and badges

Club crests are often detailed, with scrolls, mottos and fine lines that will not survive on stretched latex. We simplify the crest to a bold single-colour version and show you on the proof. If your club has a simplified or one-colour version of its crest already, send that. See the artwork guide.

Helium and accessories

We hire helium cylinders with seven days included, which usually covers a weekend event, and the Helium Club scheme suits clubs that fill balloons every month. Weights and ribbon can be added to any order.

Please do not release balloons outdoors. Our latex is biodegradable, but a release is still litter and is restricted by many councils.
